This project focused on the interior design and decoration of a newly built home delivered completely empty to the clients. The objective was to create a bright, warm, and welcoming atmosphere through a careful selection of furniture, textiles, and finishes. Light-toned fabrics were chosen for sofas and soft furnishings, combined with natural oak wood to bring warmth and balance to the space. As a penthouse with a generous south-facing terrace, special attention was given to solar control and comfort. Motorized blinds and sheer curtains were installed throughout the interior spaces, while exterior awnings provide shade on the terrace without compromising light or views. In the entrance area, a custom-made wooden slatted panel was designed to discreetly conceal the exposed electrical cabinet, integrating functionality with design. The outdoor areas were completed with carefully selected exterior furniture and planters with greenery, enhancing the connection between interior and exterior living. The project was approached as a turnkey service, including the coordination of security cameras and alarm systems, allowing the clients to arrive, settle in, and simply enjoy their home.
