This project reimagines Casa Oliva, a two-story home, to bring light, openness, and harmony to a previously compartmentalized layout. The design integrates a master suite with private sitting area, guest bedrooms, a gym, sauna, home cinema, and an open-plan kitchen that connects seamlessly with the living and dining areas. Challenges of light and orientation were met by opening the main public spaces toward the south-facing garden and transforming a storage annex into a private patio for the master suite. Materials such as natural stone, wood, and fiber, together with large windows and thoughtful details, create a serene, luminous, and cohesive atmosphere. Built with care. Designed for light and life.
